We offer a full property management, maintenance and cleaning programmed to ensure your investment receives the best possible care and attention. You can be assured your holiday home is secure and in safe hands and know that your guests will leave with only the utmost praise for both your holiday home and consequently our service. Our aim is to achieve for you, maximum income, with minimum hassle.

Our Property Management Package Includes:

• We can provide you with peace of mind whilst you are away from your property by doing frequent security checks. A property that shows signs of not being in frequent use is an open invitation to unwanted interest.
• We will open windows to ventilate your property particularly useful during the quiet season, check for any infestation, empty your mailbox, flush toilets and run taps to dispel odours. Check doors and windows are secure.
• We will email/phone you regarding the status of your property, and any interesting news about the area.
• By your request we will allow accompanied access to tradesmen for any necessary maintenance or delivery during office hours.
• Meet and greet holiday guests with keys 15:00- 19:00
• We have a contact number which is available 24hrs 365 days a year. Matters that can be dealt with by a phone call/ email will not incur extra charges but if we are called out ( see additional call out cost).
• Advertise your holiday rental on our web site FREE
• We will undertake all administration of the rental site, all bookings, contacting owner prior to confirming booking, handling financial transactions, purchase and install welcome packs and do the inventory checks.

Package Cost

For the above service WE CHARGE 240€ SUBJECT TO IVA. This charge can easily be recouped by rental return of your property.

Additional Costs

The following will incur additional costs:

• Providing a cleaning and laundry service. (See services)
• Meet and greet holiday guests (from 9.00 - 18.00 hr FREE, thereafter a call out charge will be incurred.)
• Faro / Seville Airport pick up service contact us for information.
• Welcome Packs. (See services)
• Hire of Folding Cot 20€
• Hire of High Chair 20€
• We are contactable 24hrs 7 days a week but we have a call out charge out of office hours.
  Call out charges:
  • Mon to Fri. After 18:00 = 20€
  • 19:00 - 2300 = 25€
  • 24:00 - 9:00 = 40€
  • Sat. After 13:00 = 40€
  • Sun. Anytime = 40€
• Locksmith If you are locked out of the property we can arrange a locksmith service but the charge for this must be paid immediately on entry to the locksmith.
• For the rentals service we charge 12% commission on successful bookings. This we believe to be a very competitive fee.
• Additional to these services we can put you in contact with people who can arrange things such as Air Conditioning, Mosquito Nets, Awnings, Furniture, Light Fittings, Bathroom Fittings.
