Cleaning Services.

We provide a full clean service which is advisable in spring, and a regular clean prior to rental or own use. A clean apartment is the key to successful return rentals. We offer tailor made services to individual clients.

Please contact us for information as we prefer to discuss individual client requirements due to differences between building types, and time required for cleaning.

Examples:
- 1 bedroom apartment 30€
- 2 bedroom apartment 40€
- 3 bedroom apartment 50€

Laundry Services

Laundry charge is per bed size subject to IVA

- Kingsize bed / Double bed / sofa bed= 10€
- Single bed = 8€

We charge per type of bed size used as we feel this is a fairer option to our clients. For example:
- 2 people 3 bed apartment 1 double bed used = 10€
- 2 people 3 bed apartment 2 twin beds used = 16€

Laundry included per person
- 1 large towel
- 1 small towel
- Bed linen set to include 2 pillowcases per person

Bathmats and tea towels can be included at no extra cost. Please ensure that these items do not run and discolour other laundry as the laundry service provider does not accept responsibility should this occur.

It is essential that all clients linen and towels are labelled to help prevent them being misplaced.

Items requiring special care i.e. sequined duvet covers will incur additional charges.

Welcome Pack

We recommend a welcome pack for late arrivals or weekends. We will require 48hrs notice for this service. We have 3 options:

Option 1 - 15€:
Milk, water, bread, butter, croissants, jam, coffee, orange juice.
Option 2 - 20€:
All of the above plus, teabags, bacon, eggs, bottle red wine.
Option 3 - 25€:
All of the above plus bottle of cava, bowl of fruit with chocolates.
